Megan & Grant, Manor By The Lake.

Megan and Grant got married on a beautiful, sunny September weekend at Manor By the Lake in Cheltenham. At their engagement shoot earlier in the summer, I'd witnessed how easygoing they were on camera, so I was really excited to capture their big day surrounded by their loved ones.

First I joined Megan, her Mum and her bridesmaids for their bridal prep! We started off in this little cottage next to the Manor. Beautifully, one of Megan's family friends was doing their hair, and Megan did her Mum's makeup, which really added to the love in the room!

Then, the boys arrived! They had no idea where we were, and walked across from the car park to the manor right in front of our window! We all watched them arrive and head off to get ready. Grant was joined by his groomsmen in their room to get ready.

Once the boys had arrived, it was time for Megan and her bridesmaids to make their escape over to the main house to finish getting ready! This required some sneaking around...

Safely out of view in their room in the main Manor, Megan and the girls could finish getting ready. They were joined by Megan's Dad - who shed a few tears at the sight of his daughter ready to walk down the aisle. My crochet hook came in handy once again to help Megan get into her dress!

And then we were off down the aisle!

After a beautiful ceremony, we headed outside for confetti and drinks. Thankfully we were lucky and the late September sun came out, making it perfect for me to capture images of everyone enjoying themselves!

Then came all the group shots! I even got to run up to the roof for a whole group shot!

After some time spent with all of their guests, I whisked Megan and Grant away whilst the guests were slowly moved into their dining room so we could get their couple photos. The light was beautiful and the Manor gave us plenty of beautiful grounds to wander around for these. Megan couldn't wait to get back to the party though!
